I using it to learn to play, so I only wish when the computer makes moves if there would be an option to explain its strategy.

I am playing a chess game with an excellent artificial intelligence everyday!

This chess app is entirely to difficult to adjust to a level that allows the player to play at a level where the battle field is even. It either kicks the players butt or it makes stupid moves. It does not allow learning from historic games nor does it teach traditional opening move sequences which would make it a much better tool for a player to improve their skills.

Just the way I like it.

Good version of chess. Easy to play. Sometimes freezes. Sometimes it allows a check mate but doesnt end game. <---still true with latest update. Also, could you add the option remove stalemate? This rule is often debated in heated fashion. I hate the rule, being able to turn it off would be great.

Its ok, its graphics are average at best. There are other chess apps that are far superior to this one . 3 stars max

I love having an undo button. A few suggestions I would love to have: numerical difficulty setting, like 1-100. And record keeping, like total games won and lost, average game length, average difficulty beaten, etc. I was up to 188 wins and then it lost track and went back to 0, which was annoying.

Great app for improving focus while having fun.

This is a great online version. Its never crashed on me and the game is exactly as I left it when I return.

Well worth it to me. It appears some of the earlier bugs were fixed. Occasionally, checkmate will occur but it will only register as check, but I think that that is do to it being a lower level (which enables the user to hit undo in order to make a change). At least, thats how I took it! Happy gaming!!! Love it. 4 stars instead of five because of the lack of tutorial.

After upgrade the app got worse. Blinding flashes are very annoying, and I want the previous version back.

Some bugs but not significant. I like the ability to undo moves to try different strategies in competitive situations. Chess is a mind challenging game and this one offers numerous levels to develop skills.

Both the graphics and the logic are outstanding. This game will challenge you regardless of your skill level.

This is the best Chess game out there.

If you like chess and controlled difficulty, you will love this game. Great on practice and sharpening your game.

Best chess app ever, a must have for anybody who loves the ancient game of war

Great game. You win some and you lose some. Better than some of the other games Ive played.

Only bug I notice is sometimes when I am checkmated but the game only registers a check. You cannot move so its pretty evident.
